Remembering all that I already know.
Several months ago I attended a personal development course. During this time I had a number of incredible insights. At the end of the week we took the time to write ourselves a letter of encouragement and a reminder of all that we had just learned/remembered. We were told we would receive the letter in the mail when we needed it the most.
On Friday I received my letter in the mail.

Dear Kathy (Me)
Remember to always love yourself. You are worth it. Keep your life choices inline with this knowing. Remember it is the little choices that add up. Don’t ever settle!
Everyone has their own truth. Live yours. Know others will follow their own. And trust that those who are inline with your truth will remain in your life and those that are not will leave. Do not take things so personally.
When letting go – send love and gratitude.
Love is the answer for everything. It just won’t always be comfortable.
Discomfort means you are growing. In the discomfort it is easy to forget, but do what it takes to remember love is the answer for everything.
When you are in the mist of a storm remember to stay grounded and calm. Remember to be gentle with yourself and others. We are all doing our best.
Do what needs to be done even when you don’t feel like it.
When you set your mind to something you are unstoppable. Be sure what it is you are choosing is indeed what you actually want. If it is not, stop! If it is, go through the finish line!
Remember when you stay in the moment and remain present in your focus, fear does not exist.
It is the little things that have the big impact.
See all the amazing opportunities around you.
Ignore the mind frick. You are your biggest critic.
Seek to understand.
Stay curious!
Live with integrity.
You can trust yourself.
Feel!
Eat clean, exercise and quiet the mind. Each and every day, even for just five minutes Don’t Think! Don’t Think! Don’t Think! Quiet down and stay present so you can hear all that you need too.
Make your decisions. Do it or don’t. There is no trying.
You have always had it in you. You just need to be reminded sometimes.
With love Kathy
